Eduardo Colón is President of Advantage International Bank Corp., (“AIBC”), a private commercial bank intended to serve the needs of specialty insurance companies and their private clients. AIBC commenced operations on January 1, 2016. Eduardo has over 30 years of experience with leading banking, securities and non-bank financial services companies. Prior to joining Advantage in 2015, Eduardo was the Chief Operating Officer of Citi International Financial Services, a broker dealer subsidiary of Citibank. He has also been First Vice President of Corporate Banking of SunTrust Bank, Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Head of Corporate and Commercial of Scotiabank Puerto Rico, President of BBVA Securities Puerto Rico, Senior Vice President and Head of Capital Markets and Trading of Santander Securities and Vice president and General Manager of Chase Securities Puerto Rico. Eduardo earned his BBA from the University of Puerto Rico, Cum Laude and his MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

“Edwin Díaz joined Advantage International Bank Corp. March 14, 2022, as Operations Manager. He has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry.
Mr. Diaz worked at Medici Bank International before joining Advantage International Bank Corp. There, he served as the Operations Manager for two years. Prior to that he was the Head of Operations for Euro Pacific International Bank for three years and an Operations Assistant Manager at Banco Popular of Puerto Rico for six years. He started his banking career at Western Bank where he climbed through the ranks, starting as a teller and ending his tenure as an Operations Supervisor.
Mr. Díaz has a BBA in Management from Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico.”

“Mr. Rodríguez joined Advantage International Bank Corp. on July 2019 to serve as a Financial Controller. He has more than 13 years of experience in the banking industry and as an auditor / consultant. He oversees all aspects of AIBC accounting and financial reporting.
Mr. Rodríguez has served in positions specifically related to Internal Controls, Financial Planning & Analysis and General Accounting.
Prior to joining Advantage, Mr. Rodríguez worked as Senior Finance Manager at Scotiabank de Puerto Rico for over 6 years. Mr. Rodríguez started his career at LLM&D, PSC Certified Public Accountant in 2008 where he worked for over 7 years, reaching a Senior Auditor / Consultant position.
He earned his BBA in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico.”
