Indemnity

Your Password and User ID
“You must establish a Username and Password (collectively, the “Credentials”) to access any Service. Your Credentials will never expire, but you may change them at any time. Your password should be a combination of numbers and upper- and lower-case letters. The password should not be associated with any commonly known personal identification data such as tax identification numbers, address, date of birth, names of children etc. and the passwords should be memorized rather than written down.
AIBC is entitled to act upon instructions received under your Credentials and without inquiring into the identity of the person using those Credentials. However, you agree that you will not, under any circumstances, disclose your Credentials by telephone or any other means to any person.
AIBC’s employees do not need your Credentials. We may in our discretion ask you personal security questions to confirm your identity, but we are not required to do so and will never ask for your Credentials.
You agree never to provide your Credentials to anyone, including anyone claiming to represent AIBC. You are liable for all transactions made or authorized using your Credentials. You also agree that AIBC has no responsibility for establishing the identity of any person or determining the validity of any transaction. You agree that if you give your Credentials to anyone or fail to safeguard the secrecy of your Credentials, you do so at your own risk. Anyone with your Credentials will have access to your Accounts. For that reason, you should treat your Credentials with the same degree of care and secrecy that you use to protect sensitive personal financial data. You agree to notify us immediately if your password is lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised. At any time, you may ask us to disable your password and issue a new one to you.”
General Terms
